Jet told me that the stage 2 chip added 19hp at the wheels on the 4.7 I dont know if it was really
that much but it did help.

I went to the local autoparts store and paid 400 (gotripped) but I think you can get one from there
website for under 300

Looks like a good deal. You just have to decide if you want the stage 1 or 2.

I got the stage 2 for the 4.7L WJ, They said 18-20hp at the wheels.

I don't really know what that quote is supposed to mean. I have a Jeep in New York, but I don't get where that came from. Anyway...

If they are saying 20 HP at the wheels for the V8, then it would probably give you 15 to the wheels for the V6. I would like to know what it is at the crank, so you could get a good gauge of overall HP. But a dyno would tell you all that, so...
